Looking at the chart, it is apparent that the number of Australian visitors who went to all of the given destinations witnessed an upward trend, while the data of New Zealand was dominant. Moreover, the figure for the growth rate of United States was in the bottom throughout the period.
Regarding the figure for New Zealand, the data started at 500,700 Australian visitors at the beginning of the statistics, while China was in the bottom with 86,000 visitors who came from Australia. Additionally, the UK ranked the second place in the first year, followed by the US, respectively 400,000 and 300,000 visitors. On the other hand, after a decade, the figure for Australian visitors visited China surpassed Fiji’s and Japan’s with 300,000 visitors. Noticeably, the data for New Zealand maintained the highest place during the period, with the data for it in 2009 was nearly a double, compared to the previous data.
Showing the contrary to the recorded data, the growth rate in Japan ranked the first place with 114%, while the opposite was true for that in United States: about one third.
