Overall, it is evident that all companies experienced an upward trend. To be more specified, although JetBlue Airways had the largest growth rate, Delta Air Lines ranked first in both years in terms of highest users’ count. However, with significant growth of JetBlue Airways, Hawaiian Airlines replaced it; it had the least number of customers in 2005.
To begin with, the first-ranked airlines based on the highest change between these years is JetBlue Airways; despite lowest users in 1995, with 86,000, it faced a 249% increase and reached 300,000 in 2005. Despite lower increasing rate, 113% , Delta Air Lines sold most of its tickets, 500,700 and 1,064,000, in 1995 and 2005 respectively.
Other companies experienced between 100% and 200% escalate, except for SouthWest and United Airlines; they both had less than 100% growth, and their customers count stayed between 300,000 and 640,000. Three other companies climbed from about 100,000 to near 300,000 users.
