The table shows opinions about new theater questioned by club members and general public in 2012.
Overall, club members gave more positive ratings for facilities and quality, whereas the general public rated information more favourably. Quality recieved the lowest proportion of poor ratings, while information had the highest figure of people who choosed it to be excellent,
In the category of facilities and quality, where ratings of poor was somewhat similar, with club members rating’s being 2 in both, and general public’s 8% for the former and 7% for the latter. Aditionally, it is clear that club members in both categories choosed excellent especially in section of quality, with the highest rate of 88%.
Turning to the category of information, it was the only exception for general public’s rate, where it was higher, being 66%, compared to club members with only 54%. Likewise, club memeber’s figures for information to be poor was higher, 16% and 14% for general public. In contrast, although simmilar pattern was seen in the category of satisfied, the biggest gap was in quality section, with 10% and 40%.
