The table compares the feedback of club members and the general public on three aspects of a new theatre: production quality, performances, and facilities.
Overall, performances received the most positive feedback, particularly from the general public, whereas the facilities were rated less favourably. In general, club members tended to be more satisfied than the public.
Looking more closely, the production quality of the new theatre was rated as “excellent” by around 70% of club members, whereas it was viewed less favourably by the general public.
Performances received the highest ratings, with around 88% of the general public rating them as “excellent,” while 72% of club members gave similarly high feedback.
In contrast, the facilities received less favourable ratings, with around 50% of the general public giving them “excellent” marks, whereas 75% of club members rated them highly. Notably, both plays and facilities recorded 2% “poor” feedback among respondents, indicating that these areas could be improved.
