By contrast, the percentages for poor for club members and public was the least figures, constituting 2% and 8%, respectively.
In terms of information, the excellent rate was the dominant category among both club members and general public, comprising 54% and 66%, respectively, followed by the proportion of satisfying made up 30% for club members and 20% for public. However, the only 16% club members and 14% general public rated the theater as poor in information.
When it comes to quality, the most of club members and public rated quality as the excellent, 88% for club members and 53% for general public. Furthermore, 10% club members and 40% general public satisfied from the theater, whereas the figure of poor rate for club members and public witnessed the least share, representing 2% and 7%, respectively.
