The table illustrates the results of questionnaires by club members and general public about the new theater in one city in 2012.
Overall, the biggest positive feedback gained were two sections facilities and quality by both group, than information which had less than these.
Club members had high affirmatives for both quality and facilities of the new theatre. Reviews from general public were slightly lower than club members but remained high. While both group were pleased for facility element 26% and 24% respectively, public with quality on the other hand, were not satisfied and had highest score 40% compared to club which was fourth time lower. Moreover, both categories estimated the lowest negative reviews about theatre for each set.
The community had the highest positive reviews for this set while club participants had lowest compared to previous ones. Even though both parties were content with this part and had the slightly difference about 10%. However, despite all positive responses it had, it was the only one had the greatest poor feedback from both group within 16% and 14%.
