Overall, the USA was the leader of contributors that mostly wanted to help countries’ development, even after recovery almost at the end of the period, while the support by the EU and other countries was almost similar sums of money annually.
To commence with, in the beginning of the period (in 2006) the United States of America dominated by 9,8 million dollars, while the EU and other countries in overall could contributed over half of the USA ‘s domination. For 2007, the amount of contributions were almost the same as the 2006 results, however the total quality of money given to countries for all three areas increased to 17,6 from its initial 15,7 million dollars.
Till 2009, the USA, EU, and other countries’ contributions rose year by year. However, in 2009 all of them declined by 0,3 million dollars (16,7, 3,6, 3,2, respectively). From 2008 to 2010, all countries recovered. Eventually, at the end of the period, the USA was not only able to dominate from other states, but was was also able to double its domination during the fourth years .
