Overall, it is clear, USA unlike other cases has spent the most, however the total amount of all countries was increased over the period of 4 years.
In the beginning, the total amount of all countries was 15.7 in 2006, then it increased to 24.4 in 2007, although it fell to 23.5 in next year but in the last year it rose to 28.1. the USA, in spending money for develop was the main country which started with 9.8 in first year and continued increasing trend to 17 in 2008, however it was 0.3 fell in 2009 then it increased to 20.3 in 2010.
