Number of people were consistently rising . In contrast , wheat price was stable and undercontrol. From 2008 to 2009, the delemma, two types of grains were skyrocketing and disorder. Further, this crisis was out of control. Increasing number of people was unstoppable. Moveover , incapable government cannot handled price, people purchase food grains and it cost a fortune.
