Overall, it is obvious that in the USA, the number of universities was the highest in all three subjects, while the opposite was true for New Zealand. Moreover, the United Kingdom had the second highest after the United States, while Australia and Canada had similar numbers.
A closer inspection into the table reveals that there are 69 American colleges in biology listed in the top 200, which was more than two times higher than the figure in Britain. In the field of medicine, the UK with 24 universities was 30 fewer than the data of America. Furthermore, 58 psychology colleges in the USA are in the top 200, being twice as much higher than the statistic for England.
With regard to the three remaining countries, both Australia and Canada had 9 universities in the biology field. Additionally, in medicine, with 13 Australian colleges, one more than in Canada. Meanwhile, in the field of psychology, the data of Canada universities was 14, which was three fewer than the figure in Australia. Finally, in New Zealand, the number of colleges ranked in the top 200 was 6 in biology, 2 in medicine and 4 in psychology.
