The table presents data on the proportion of government spending money on education and training and the participation of 18-24-year-olds in five nations, namely Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, and Slovenia in 2012.
Overall, government spent a lot of money on 18-24-years participants, rather than education and training among all countries. Poland and Slovenia were dominant in the participation rate. Notably, Slovenia also showed highest expenditure rate.
In expenditure rate, Slovenia took the lead at 25%, well ahead of Hungary (13%), and Romania (10%). Contrastingly, government spent just 9% and 5% of money in Czech Republic and Poland countries, respectively.
In contrast, participation rate recorded the highest figures among all countries. Despite Poland showed the lowest expenditure rate, the highest percentage of money (44%), was used this country. Followed by, Slovenia at 40%. Although, Hungary and Czech Republic recorded the lowest expenditure rate, in participation rate they were higher at 34% and 24%, respectively. Whereas, very little amount of money (23%) spent on Romania.
