Overall, all countries in question had more women in managers position than parliament, whereas the reverse was true in case of Australia and Japan. The proportion of women in Australian government and management was the highest degree, with that of Japan standing at the lowest level. Notably, the percentage of total managers in Australia was as high as that of Denmark.
