Overall, Australia had the highest proportion of women in parliament, while Japan had the lowest figure. It is also worth noting that, Australia and Denmark mirrored each other with the highest proportions, whereas Japan was the smallest trend again.
Focusing on the proportion of women in parliament, Australia recorded the highest figure, at 48%, closely followed by Denmark, at 41%. The figures for the US and Egypt showed 27% and 20%, respectively, while Japan accounted for 12%, standing at the smallest figure.
As for the proportion of female managers, Australia and Denmark were the leading countries with the same percentage (46%). This was followed by the US and Egypt, with the respective figures of 35% and 25%. Meanwhile, Japan had the lowest point, with only 10% of managers being women.
