Overall, a larger percentage of participants are satisfied or very satisfied with the shopping complex than those who were dissatisfied and had no comment.
To begin with, 17% of male participants are extremely pleased with the shops while this figure for customers is twice as much. At the same time, the percentage of male users who feel satisfied with the stores is higher than this for females with 45% compared to 37%. Interestingly, the percentage of male and female shoppers who feel dissatisfied with the shops is the same with 20%. Moreover, 18% of male and 9% of females don’t have any comments about their experience in a new shopping complex.
