Japan and Thailand were the largest sellers of iPhones in 2012. They remained among the sales leaders even after ten years. Smartphones Galaxy in the first year were sale the most in Japan and Thailand. Japan and Canada in the 2022 were the biggest sellers of smartphones.
Japan earned about $9 million on iPhone sales. After 10 years, the amount of sales more than doubled to just under $22 million. In 2012, Thailand earned more than $7 million from smartphones, and in 2022 this grew more than threefold ($29.5 million). Along with them, the top three includes Canada with less than $7 million. In 2022, there was a big jump and sales to 42 million and this is the largest profit from iPhones.
Galaxy was sold most of all in Japan and Thailand, with $11 million in Japan and $9 million in Thailand. But in 2022, Canada overtook Thailand with a figure of about 30 million. Canada is also a major market for Galaxy. In 2012, sales amounted to $4.3 million, and in 2022, they are expected to reach $30 million.
