The tables compare the survey results of urban residents on how satisfied they are with the facilities which are given in 1980 and 2010.
Overall, according to the survey results, shops, healthcare, transportation and accommodation improved their status among residents, while the reverse was true for education and environment. Notably, the most improved aspect of life was healthcare over the given period.
Some aspects saw development, namely shops, healthcare, transportation and accommodation. 81% of respondents voted for shops as a good facility in 2010, it was 75% in 1980. In addition, not many people expressed neutral position in these two years, with the respective figures for 11% and 9%. 83% of residents thought that healthcare was good in 2010, while 7% people put it bad remarks, it was accounted good for 64% people in 1980. Despite the improvement in transportation system there was 11% haters in 2010, it was 14% in 1980. Meanwhile, 64% of respondents rated transportation as an improved aspect of life. Later quality of accommodation changed some respondents opinion, who were neutral in 1980, and 34% dropped to 17% in 2010. Therefore, 65% of citizens indicated it was good.
At the same span, the position of education and environment dropped. 82% of people showed positive sentiments about education in 1980, and then the result changed into 76%. Moreover, 11% of participants were unsatisfied with its conditions, while 20% were displeased with environmental aspects. 72% of residents showed positivity in 1980, but the result fell to 64% due to damage of environment.
