A glance at the tables provided compares the proportion of satisfaction with a local library among three age groups.
In general, while the diversity of books was more pleasing for the library members under the age of 15, users above that age were more grateful for non-printed material.
It is interesting to note that the library has provided diverse books which are proper for people under the age of 15 because 55% of respondents at that age rated this very good and 30% were satisfied. Meanwhile, 50% of members above the age of 14, rated it satisfactory.
In stark contrast, however, non-printed material suits people above the age of 14. More than 50% of respondents at that age rated it very good and merely 22% of users between the ages of 14 to 39 and 10% of those older than 40 announced their dissatisfaction with non-printed material. Whereas, 50% of library members under the age of 15 accounted for non-printed material as not good and for the other 50% it was either very good or satisfactory.
