Overall, education in 2010 is much better than in 1980, accounting for 82% for good, 11% – neither good nor bad and 9%-bad. Percentage of healthcare in 2010, compared to 1980 decreased. Good health treatment was 82%, bad 8%, and neither of them 10%, and then it became into: 74%, 12% and 14%. People’s decision about environment didn’t change significantly, only the number of people who thought that the quality of environment is bas, rised slightly, from 6% to 16%. In each year, people said that quality of shops is good, almost 60% for both. Almost a fourth, chose that stores are not that good and not that bad, for each year. And proportion in 2010 is less than in 1980 for option, that stores are bad. In 2010, good employment is much higher than it was, however the percentage of bad employment rised from 10% to 23%. In addition, transport was better in 1980 rather than in 2010. Percentage of bad transport almost stayed stable.
In conclusion, healthcare was better in 1980, while in 2010 it was education . The worth aspect for both years is transport.
