Overall, it can be clearly seen that all aspects excepting transport were at high percentage and they slightly fluctuated to smaller or higher proportion in 1980 and 2010. Specifically, the percentage of transport showed a stark difference when they dramatically decreased in 2010.

The quality of education increased significantly from 72% in 1980 to 82% in 2010, being the highest proportion in 2010. Meanwhile, there was a notable fall in the percentage of transport, being 52% in 1980 to 39% in 2010; consequently, the figures in transport in both 1980 and 2010 were the lowest figures in the table.

Healthcare services peaked at 82% in 1980, before showing a significant decrease – roughly 10% in 2010 with 74%. Aspects with regard to environments and shops exhibited a similar trend in the figure, being consistently and slightly decreased from 72% to 71 & 64% to 60%, respectively. However, the proportion of employment increased from 62% in 1980 to 72% in 2010.
