The given two figures show the rate of criminality in Britain. The pie chart depicts the statistics of the population of male and female inmates in the jail of the United Kingdom. Where else, the line graph illustrates the rate of law offence by various age people.
Overall, from a cursory glance at both figures, it is clear that the majority of criminally charged and persecuted people are men.
It can be seen that criminal activities and convictions among the British people are exponentially high during adolescence and reach a peak at the age of 20, according to graph 16 per cent of males and 5 per cent of females are convicted at this age, which is 2 per cent for men and negligible for women, ten years before. In addition, after this age, the offences and judgment of crime are decreasing gradually to the 2 per cent again for males at the age of 60. While same-aged women had not done a single criminal activity.
Furthermore, according to the pie chart 96 per cent population in a British prison is male while only 4 per cent is female inmates.
