The two diagrams depict the types of library users and their satisfaction levels with various services.
Overall, library users consist mostly of students and academic staff, with three Likert scales for assessing contentment.
The categorization of library users has the highest proportion of full-time undergraduate students, almost 44%. Additionally, one-fourth of the total students are full-time postgraduate students, which is the second highest among them. Likewise, part-time and distance learning( all courses) are also available in the library, approximately 16% and 8%, respectively. However, Academic staff have the lowest rate of using the library, at almost 7%.
Regarding satisfaction, the helpfulness of staff becomes the most prominent factor of very satisfaction at 95%. On the contrary, finding journals according to their needs becomes the worst service, with 45% of satisfactory level, while 20% are not satisfied. These are a significantly higher dissatisfaction rate than for any other service. Similarly, wi-fi reliability shows notable discontent (19% not satisfied), despite nearly half (48%) being very satisfied. Book availability receives moderate feedback (50% very satisfied, 10% not satisfied), suggesting room for improvement but less urgency than journals or wi-fi.
