Overall, the structure of hospital has mostly changed in 2010, like, public bus stops and public car parking got their own separate spaces. Also, a roundabout has been made for more accessibility and traffic management.
During 2004 and 2010 the location of the City Hospital and road surrounding it is completely unchanged with just a roundabout being added to the south of hospital. In the east part of the building a new place for public parking is added in 2010. In 2007 there used to be different small bus stops at the side of hospital road. Likely it got its own area in the western part of hospital road connecting with both roundabout in north and south.
In 2010 opposite to bus station in eastern space there is a staff car park which in 2007 used to be a car park for both staff and the public. In the southern part of the map a new roundabout has been added in the city road connecting it to the hospital road which was not there in 2007.
In conclusion, the overall structure has been changed compared to 2007 in 2010. Road accessibility has been prioritized as more roundabouts are added with new space for parking and bus station to control overall traffic.
