The layouts illustrate a housing estate as it is now and how it will look after reconstruction. Overall, according to the layouts there are three main changes: replacing four-bedroom houses with one, two, three-bedroom houses, construction of new recreation areas and road reconstruction.
From the layout we can clearly see that nowadays the housing estate seem simply. There are a lot of four-bedroom houses. Also, in every part of housing estate trees have been planted. Finally, there is only one private road which passes through half of city.
As is shown by the second layout, we can see that the future construction will be very modernized and creative. First of all, the four-bedroom houses will be replaced with one, two, three-bedroom houses. Additionally, the government will cut down half the trees in the city. And at the center of the city they will construct an oval flower garden which surrounded by road. Also, they will develop a tennis court and lake and the road to the city passing between them. Finally, in the southern part of the housing estate they will develop a parking.
