The maps delineate the development of road access to a city hospital from 2007 to 2010, where access to a city hospital has developed over three years.
From 2007 to 2010, The maps reveal quite big transformations in the road access to the city hospital. The most noticeable of the changes are a bus station, car parks, and roundabouts.
As shown by the map in 2007, it can be seen that the main road to go to the city hospital passed the city road and hospital Rd in which there was a crossroad to connect the city road and Hospital Rd, and on the left and right of Hospital Rd were bus stop places. Further, the parking car was on the east of Hospital Rd and was made for staff and the public.
In contrast, in 2010, there have been lots changes of in the facilities, for instance, the Crossroad was connected to the City road to Hospital Rd has been replaced by a roundabout, and the T junction was connected to Ring Road from Hospital Rd has been replaced by a roundabout. Moreover, the bus stop facilities have all gone and replaced to the West of Hospital Rd. The parking space for the public and staff has become a staff car park and the parking space for the public has moved to the North East of the City Hospital.
To summarize, road access to Hospital City was easier than in 2007 because in 2010 there were some facilities that would be helpful for the user.
