In 2007, the city road in the South joined the hospital road. Towards the West and East direction of the hospital road, car parking for staff and the public was arranged. From the parking area, an entry to the City Hospital was there. Surrounding the Hospital, a ring road was constructed.
In 2010, the city road and connecting hospital road were constructed with roundabouts. On the West of the hospital road, a bus station was arranged and towards the East, a staff car parking was developed. The bus station connects the ring road surrounding the Hospital area. On the East of the hospital, a public parking facility was provided.
In comparison to 2007, convenient facilities such as bus station, roundabouts, and separate parking allotments to the public and staff were provided in 2010.
