In 2007, the city road from East to West crossed the hospital road, and there was a bus stop along the hospital road which was used for transportation. The City Hospital was surrounded by a single road. In the south direction, there was the same car park for staff as well as for the public (above the city road). Bus stops caused traffic jams because they were in front of the main entrance of the hospital.
After three years, development took place in the infrastructure. There was a roundabout which was installed at the junction of the City road and the hospital road, and another one was built between the ring road and the hospital road. A bus station was built in the direction of the west, which was connected with both roundabouts. Moreover, the car park for the public was built separately from the staff car park. The public car park was also made in the direction of the East.
