The given two maps depict the changes in town called Denham between 1986 and it’s current state.

Overall, in 1986 in Denham there was more agricultural activities such as farmland and gardens, while in present day these places no longer exist in the town, instead many modern advancments were built.

To begin with, in the first map, after crossing the bridge the first place that one will encounter is farmland. Furthermore, if countinue to walk, shops and post offices are located nearby primary school. Gardens, on the other hand, are also situated next to the primary school with large houses. Just next to the river stoke there was one more farmland.

At the moment, farmland and shops no longer exist, however, primary school and post office haven’t upgraded since 1986. Additionally, gardents were replaced with retirement home without large houses. Similarly, there is no farmland close to the river stoke either.

In summary, while in 1986 Denham were more natural town, filled with farmlands and gardens, today this town has only post office and primary school with retirement home that has been replaced with gardens.
