The two maps illustrate the village of Bunborough in nowadays and changes planned in 2024.

Overall, Bunborough will be tourism oriented village, with the hotels and promenade at the seafront. Also, developing of infrastructure by the trainline and street included to the plans.

Firstly, it is important to mention, that there wil be built the railway and the new road which will connect area of residence with the highway to Lynwich . However, it is need to demolish the houses, but they will be removed to the next side of the street to Maychester. Other houses in the residential area will reamin same. The other noticeable change will be around the seafront. Near to the new street there will be constructed two hotels, one of them will be closer to the beach and the second to the main part of the village. The promenade will occupy two of three fishing ports.
