The layouts illustrate the evolution of the TV centre over a period of 10 years. Overall, there have been some major modifications, reflected by the alteration of green space and the relocation of several infrastructures.
Regarding the floor plan 10 years ago, the right-hand side featured a large open area, with mature trees covering and a giant car parking at the bottom zone. Looking at the top left corner, there were two clothing rooms, which were opposite to the reception area along the west side. To the northern position, the studio occupied the central part, which lay between the dress store, office 3 to the left section and customer service room, makeup room to the right one. Similarly, office 1,
which was positioned in the middle of the diagram, was adjacent to office 2, the canteen to the west part, and the records room, waiting area to the east one.
The map has recently undergone some notable enhancement, with the enlargement of the studio and the shrinkage of facilities, neighbouring the studio. While the customer service room, makeup room, and dress store have retained their original positions, office 3 has exchanged its position with the records room. Down further into the south, the office 1 has relocated to the canteen, which allows for a more spacious eating place and the office 2, waiting area have remained their previous site. Likewise, the reception maintains its section, in contrast to the clothing rooms, which have been divided into 4 smaller rooms. Finally, the natural space has been demolished to make room for car parking.
