The TV centre provides a canteen for workers, and a special room like studio for waiting. Also, the building has its own car park for workers and visitors, and a great park with trees located on the east of the building.

Also, all of offices locate in one line, but the canteen and studio have been increased. The beautiful park with trees has been destroyed, instead of the park they have expanded the space of the car park.
