The two plans show some changes that have been made to the Kimsville since 2002. Overall, the basis shape of the town is the same but there have been significant alterations to the internal layout.
Probably the most noticable modification has been to the removed a factory to a software company in the east of the Kimsville. To make way for this, the new train station have been added in the west of the town. Moreover, the trees have been demolished and in the south-west corner and in the north-west corner were added the football stadium and new apartments respectively.
The city centre and shopping centre are unchanged but the old cinema have been replaced the pub. Although the trees in the north-east corner and in the south-east corner are unchanged.
