Overall,it is clear that, there has been a dramatic transformation of Kimsville from a simple, underdeveloped area to a more vibrant and more visitor friendly zone over the given period with the development of industrial and recreational areas.
Looking at the details, in 2002 ,the town had a simple view
There were only four buildings ,one of which was shopping centre that was located on the top of the city in the north between woodlands. The remaining two buildings , city center, which was next to the factory, and old cinema were situated opposite to each other in the middle of the town. The last things to note were woodland areas which was positioned in the four corners.
After some developments, the town experienced changes in its structure with introduction of more modern buildings.There are now more constructions, with more modern design. One of them ,which is a pub has been built instead of an old cinema ,while another one is a factory that has converted into a software company with some development. Besides that,in the west, a new train station has been set up between multi-story residential building and football stadium that have been established in lieu of green zones on the top and bottom -left hand corners.
