In terms of the upper area, there was a residential area and a number of sports centers on the left-hand side, but then the former has been expanded, while the latter has been transformed into restaurants. In addition, the center used to feature two hotels and a public park. Afterwards, the holiday homes have been developed at the expense of the park, whereas the old hotels have been redeveloped into high-rise hotels. Moreover, to the far end of the road, a car park has been constructed, bordering the main road.
When it comes to the bottom section, the west was once occupied by the fish market, but later has become an apartment complex. Furthermore, the coffee shop has remained unchanged in size, yet it has become more accessible via a new branch road. Finally, while the eastern part initially consisted of the morning fishing boats, it has later been replaced by a yacht area.
