The two diagrams shows how an area has changed from 1995 to the present.
Overall, the area underwent a number of dramatic changes, the most important of which is the development of servical places catering for the increase of residents’ demands.
In the north-west side of the map, more dwellings were constructed, and the area for sport activities was turned into a restaurant. In the south side, the market selling fish was repurposed as housing for residents, while morning fish boat has been disappeared, replacing most of the open space there. Moreover, the coffee and the hotel remained in the original place, but the latter being developed at present.
In the north-east of the area, there used to be a farm land, but it was then cut down to establish golf course and tennis course. The middle side of this area witnessed a significant change, with public park being converted into holidays home and a construction of car park. Meanwhile, the yacht in the south-east was added, replacing the sea.
