Looking at the changes in the northern and central parts of the area, the original sports center, in the north-west section, was converted into a restaurant complex and the housing area was significantly expanded. In the middle of the map, the hotel was upgraded into a storey-building, reflecting an improvement in accommodation infrastructure. Meanwhile, the public park was demolished and replaced by a series of holiday homes and a car park. In the north-eastern part the region, the farmland was completely destroyed to make way for golf and tennis courses, highlighting a shift towards recreational facilities.
Regarding the coast, the fish market was removed and replaced by an apartment complex. Similarly, the fish boats, which were used in the mornings, gave way to yachts, reflecting a development towards tourism.
