The two maps show the main developments that have taken place in the Pebbleton, at 20 years ago and the present. Overall, the place has undergone significant alterations mainly by increasing the number of amenities and building some entertainment facilities.

20 years ago the Pebbleton town had a simple appearance and few facilities. It was mainly surrounded by a sea and river. To the west of the town lighthouse was located, and near to it old fort was seen. To the opposite of the old fort film studio was situated. The southern part of the town was green place and was a small school. Notably, there was road bridge which connected the river with Pebbleton.

However, after some years, the town has experienced considerable changes, with the addition of new houses. Community center and tennis courts have been constructed. The film studio has been demolished, and flats were built instead. Near to the school footbridge and footpath have been added, which can be convenient for students. Other was facilities remained less unchanged.
