The number of platforms have increased to two compared to 1998 when there was a single platform. The toilet area to the left of platform was demolished and two new shops and a restaurant was opened in between the two platforms. In 1998, beside the platforms, there was a ticket office, a shop and a cafe. Shop was removed and ticket office was expanded into a three compartment building.

A supermarket was also constructed beside the newly built platform.
