Overall, the city underwent drammatic changes and modernisation as new facilities established.
Several areas were demolished. For instance, forest in the right hand corner was cleared and removed with new shopping centre. Additionally, city centre was modified, becoming commercial area, where bike can be hired. Old market was modernised and developed into new shop. Moreover, police centre that used to be adjacent to old market no longer exist and police station was constructed instead. Car road was converted into pedestrian route.
Some new services appeared. Hall of residence was established on the left hand corner and new train station wasdeveloped nextto the university with new tramline connecting them. New covered market was set up along the pedestrian road and the entertainment facilities including cinema, bars an clubs were established along the river with the port between them. Notably, new airport is being constructed now between new market and chopping centre.
