Overall, the accommodation has been extended in size with the addition of new bedrooms, a bathroom, and a car park. Notably, most of the rooms remained unchanged.
In 2010, the building featured two gardens, one to the south and the other to the north, with an overall six rooms, including bathrooms. The northern side was occupied by a living room and a student bedroom. To the east, there was a kitchen, and to the west was another bedroom. Meanwhile, the accommodation featured only one bathroom at its centre. To the south, the main entrance can be found next to a hallway.
Currently, the southern garden has been replaced by a car park, while the northern garden has been cut to allow an additional student bedroom. The previous living room on the north side has been replaced by a student bedroom, while the kitchen now features a social area too. A significant change noticed is the construction of an en-suite bathroom near the southern hallway. Notably, the remaining student rooms and the central bathroom have stayed in their previous locations.
