The two plans illustrated the alterations of Pancha village from 2005 to 2015. Overall, The Pancha center was developed after 10 years. There were several alterations, the most prominent of which was the use of satellite receiver instead of antenna.
The bumpy road that cleaved the rural area into half was reconstructed and replaced by the two-lane street. Regarding the West, there was a line of houses which previously equipped an antenna that substituted with satellite receivers. Right under the houses was the market, this area was subsequently aligned. Moreover, two telecommunications towers and a power line were erected.
The remaining side of the suburb underwent several changes from 2005 to 2015. In the Northeast. The two blocks of primary school were redeveloped and associated with a secondary school. In addition, this education center was rebuilt with extra buildings and playgrounds. In 2015, The three houses to the South of the school remained only one. Further, another pagoda was built in the southwest area of the map.
