Overall, it can be seen that female has the highest proportion when it comes to fruit and vegetable consumption compared to men. Also, ages 55-64 has the highest percentage in all age group in both genders.
In detail, the highest rate of percentage in fruit and vegetable consumption is from 55-64 years old women at nearly 35%, followed by ages from 65-74 at approximately 30%. However, there is significant drop of around 10% of healthy food intake at the age of 75. It is noticeable that younger individuals aging from 19-24 consume less healthy food at around 15%, and see the more than 10% changes when they reach 45-54 years old.
Meanwhile, among men, the highest proportion of fruit and vegetable consumer are ages between 55-54 same with women. Men and women have a quite similarity when it comes to consumption of healthy food basing on age group. However, female consumer is almost 5% higher comparing to male from the age group of 65-74, while at the age of 75 both genders have the same figure.
