It is clear that in each age group lower than 75, females ingest more produce than males. However, it is seen that 25% of both males and females who are 75 eat five or more portions of plant-based foods per day.
It is a noticeable trend that age group from 55 to 64 is on the top where seen 32% of men and approximately 35% of women. The youngest age group, controversially, has the lowest percentage where men are 15% and women a little bit more. Another notable feature is the fact that as people get older they consume more plant-based foods. It is seen in slight increase between first and fifth age group.
