I am writting this letter to describe the complaints about reception area recently. Firstly, we had a big problem with the drainage and leaks. Besides, we have not had enough cleaners to solve this problem all of the time.
As you know, the reception area to welcome our potential clients. How we make an impression with this problem. Surely, they will evaluate our services and products badly at first sight.
By this letter, I strongly advise that we need to check and repair the gutter and downspout firstly. Then, we need to hire additional cleaner to takeoff care reception area. With these solutions, we can fully improve this problem.
