Manager,
I hope this email finds you. Recently, our company has received a number of complaints from our visitor regarding unmanaged waiting area, improper instruction and directions. On a survey conducted by company, large population talked about the inaccessibility of the reception area by differently abled individuals; wheelchair users.
There is a saying, first impression is the last impression. I strongly agree with this statement and it perfectly aligns with every business out in the market. Reception area is the entry point of different customers where they will generate a general idea about the values of company. So, if we recreate the structure of our reception area based on the reviews made by customer, it’ll be able to create greater impact in the development of company as well.
As we all know, people of different ages and abilities visit our company, it will be the best to create ramps to make it wheelchair friendly. This will create a disability friendly area making it easier for wheelchair user.
Looking forward to hearing a feedback from you.
Sincerely,
Sarita Koju
