Note: Both the topic and the answer were created by one of our users.

Dear Boss,

I am writing to you for a reduction in my working schedule for my new enrolled evening classes.

I am requesting a reduction in my working hours to ensure my study time for my new classes. The university suggests to study atleast 20 hours each week.

Regarding my working hours I propose to finish at 4 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. I know it will cause some disruption to the company but I will try to cover it up at the weekend.

Because my subject is related to technology for that reason I believe taking this course will be beneficial for me and the company.

I would greatly appreciate your kindness gesture for considering my request and am open for further discussion on this matter.

Your’s sincerely,

Habibur RAHMAN
