Dear Mr. Patel,

I am writing to request to make reduction in my work hours as I am going to start part time study at Georgian College.

I am planning to take some courses related to CNC programming starting from 1st of next month. My classes will be in morning from 8AM to 10PM every Monday and Tuesday, and I will need some time after classes to prepare notes and assignments, which will make hard for me to work full time on those days. Because of that, I would be able to work work from 12PM to 4PM.

As you know I have been struggling with programming at work , since I joined, these cuorse surely help me to gain better understanding and will lead me to improve my perfomance at work. As a result, it will help to increase quality as well as production of parts , which is in the beneficiery of the company.

please consider my request of changing work time.
