Dear Mr. Mark,
I hope this email finds you well. I am sending this letter to request a reduction in my current working hours in order to accomedate my new part time studies.
First, I recently enrolled in a new part time study program to enhance my accounting skills. However, this program is intensive and occurs three times a week. This will place too much stress on my schedule and i will not be able to balance both with the current amount of hours I work.
Second, since the program occurs on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, I would be gratefull if I am allowed to leave 2 hours early on those days, in order to commute to the university and reach the class on time. This will not affect my work as I plan to stay extra hours on the other days to compensate for the missed hours.
This course will greatly enhance my abilites to use complex accounting formulas and complex equations that will increase my productivity index.
Thank you for your condiseration of my request and I look forward to hearing back.
Best wishes,
Muath Humaid
