Dear sir,

I am writing in order to grab your attention over the complaints about reception area in Downtown,where various visitors of our company arrive.

In previous few visits,we faced numerous issues including less availability ofdesks for form filling,lack of facilities like chairs for visitors waiting in queue. Moreover behaviour of receptionist is also of major concern.

The reception area is located in center of city ,so it connets with sites due to which it is one of the busiest one among all.It require to be well organized with appropriate facilities.

I humbly request you to take this into account.I furthermore suggest that by providing more furniture and stationary,comment box, and installing garbage collectors should be installe to improve the site.

I hope you will try to overcome the issues..
