Dear Mayor Kennedy,
I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my landscape work recently completed by your company at my property.
Firstly, the final result differs significantly from the plan we originally agreed upon. According to our discussion, the design was supposed to include a stone pathway, a small flower garden with the specific plants and a seating area. However, the pathway was constructed using a cheap concrete instead of stone, the selected plants weren’t used, and the seating area was not installed.
In addition, the quality of the work is far below acceptable standard. For example, the lawn has been unevenly laid, with visible patch of soil in several areas. Furthermore, some of the plants appear to be poorly planted and are already wilting. I have also noticed the edges of the pathway are rough and unfinished, which gives the garden an untidy appearance.
Given these issues, I would like your company to take immediate action to rectify the situation. Specifically, I request the work be redone, according to the original agreement there is no additional cost. Alternatively, I would expect a partial refund, if the correction cannot be made promptly.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
Your faithfully,
Sunly Vongvisal.
