Dear Manager,

I hope this message finds you well. This is Ahmed, reside in a bugalow no 4, situated in DHA Phase 6. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction and stress regarding the poor landscaping services.

I was in search of budget-friendly and sustainable service provider to modify my garden completely from flooring to plantation. Therefore, I made a contract with your esteemed company to get the work done intricately.

It is very disappointing and concerning to find that the floor titles are breaking, and some of its work was left incomplet. Morever, drainage lines were also not installed properly, which lets water overflow the ground.

I request you to compensate me or get these jobs done at at your ease. I hope you will understand my concerns and consider over my complaint to resolve the issues. I look forward to seeing your positive response.
